MALA Mechanical was incorporated in 1984 and provides Mechanical services, including the smaller office fit out contracts. Mechanical provides smaller air conditioning systems such as split units, designed in part or in whole by them. These contracts are often for Clients direct, or their management companies and also as subcontractors to builders or main contractors.

Contract values range from £10,000 to £500,000 generally, but with exceptions outside this range.

We generally work on contracts that require a different approach from the larger scale contracts both in structure and operationm offering less management structure and direct contract with the operation managers.

The operational managers are responsible for the day to day running of the company, and can therefore give a direct service to the clients. They have the advantage of the associated companies via the operations director who is able to set provide resources such as work input and shared management administration.

The operational area is generally inside the M25, but with a substantial amount of the work being within the City, West End, and Great City limits.

The company is able to offer all forms of Mechanical building services, plus also continuing to provide industrial services when the occasion arises.
