MALA Maintenance was incorporated in 1980 to provide after sales maintenance services to completed contracts. Today the company maintains building services for a range of clients and building, regardless of the origins of the installations.

Maintenance contract values range from £10,000 to £250,000 generally, but with exceptions outside this range, and work is also generated outside of these contracts by necessity and planning of our clients requirements, and referrals.

The operational area is generally inside the M25, but with a substantial amount of the work being within the City, West End and Great City limits.

The company is able to offer all forms of building services management including industrial refrigeration when required, 24 hour service and out of hours service is in place for those clients that require this additional facility.
