Over the years the industrial work declined in London due to factories either shutting down or moving away, leaving the commercial air conditioning. With the advent of computers, dealing rooms and the general move to hi-tech offices, MALA Group of companies moved into the office fit out and refurbishment sector. Many of the personnel have remained at Mala throughout the years and shared in the growth, including those present from the earlier days.
